ENVELOPE MINI ALBUMS

Envelope mini albums can be made for any occasion imaginable, and can be made from any sized envelopes! Birthdays, holidays, vacations, friendship, recipe books, gifts , etc. The possibilities are endless . . .

Supplies needed for a 6 X 6 album: 8 12 X 12 double sided cardstock or paper (2 for cover, 6 for pages)

1 12 X 12 or 8 1/2 X 11 coordinating cardstock (for hinges)

2 12 X 12 or 3 8 1/2 X 11 coordinating cardstock (for photo mats)

1 12 X 6 chipboard (for cover)

6 5 X 5 envelopes

[We have purchased A LOT of 5x5 envelopes. You may purchase them for $ .10 each]

TOOLS TO BRING: adhesive of choice (glue, double sided tape, rubber cement, etc.) paper hinges must be adhered with tacky glue (like Elmer's)

The ultimate blessing of the Beatitudes is to have our hearts changed so that we become like Christ. Studies in the relatively new field of positive psychology have shown we can generate our own positive emotions as we change negative thinking patterns to experience greater happiness, productivity, and intimacy. As we follow the Beatitudes, we learn to shun thoughts that darken our minds and resist feelings that harden our hearts. The Beatitudes help us create joy and loving relationships as we open our minds to thoughts that are true, light, and edifying and open our hearts to emotions productive emotions.

A little bit about our awesome guest speaker:
Elizabeth Patterson is a writer, speaker, and parent coach. She graduated from BYU as an Edwin S. Hinckley scholar, and obtained her Parent Coaching Certification through Seattle Pacific University. Liz has led parenting and marriage workshops for over 25 years in Utah, California, and Australia. She has taught seminary and institute, and currently leads a non-denominational bible study in Park City. She has five children and two in-law children, and is happily married to Rob, with whom she loves to adventure, including skiing and mountain biking.

Everything you need to know about this years Midnight Madness!

Friday, Oct. 22nd

3:00 to 10 pm.

At the OLD Stake Center (on 120 South)

A light dinner will be served at 6:30 pm

There will be NO nursery

Friends, sisters, daughters and mothers are invited!

Order forms are due Sept. 26th to Eileen, Jamie, Mignon or Julie L.

If you are not ordering any wood, your order forms can be turned in a week later.

Order forms will be delivered to your door this week. Watch for them.

Make checks out to Eileen Workman.

You can combine both order form totals (the craft and jewelry) with one check.

There are NO kits being offered with this class. You order the letters you want and paint them how you want. You will need to bring your own paint for this. Call Eileen with questions. The following are just some examples and ideas. They are not all EXACTLY 10 in. tall.

Tic Tac Toe Magnetic Board $6.00

The board is 7x7 in. square. We will have paper scraps for you to choose from. Or you can bring your own paper. You will need to pre-print the X and O's on your paper if you desire. Contact Hanne, or she will contact you.

Candlestick Holders (set of 2) $8.50

(Does not include candles, scrapbook paper or ribbon)
The tallest one is approx. 15 inches. You can change these to go with every holiday by changing the paper!

Fishing Pole/Fish Pattern $2.00

You can get this pattern and do it at home. There are hidden magnets that allow you to "catch" the fish. Contact me if you are interested in making it that night. We can maybe make arrangements.

Twine/String/Moss covered balls

This is NOT in the order form, so don't forget if you want to make some!

You do not need to sign up for this. Just bring new or old tennis and ping pong balls, and some coins. They are approximately .25 each to cover.

The glass plate and black pedistal bowl were both purchased at D.I. This is how it started out.

Temple Portraits $14.25 each

This is for the print only. It is 11x14 on a mat board with a linen finish and luster coating.

SEPIAVINTAGE: COLOR:

Buy a frame at DI, yard sale or find one in the back of your closet.

Then we'll spray paint it black! The cost for this is $1.50, but it could be less. It depends on the size of your frame and/or mat. We will refund coins. OR, paint it at home for free! Voila! Or display without a frame.

Learn how to make bracelet watch bands! The price is the band only. You can pick from the styles below, or bring your own beads. The size listed is the measurement WITHOUT the watch face. Sizes can be adjusted slightly, larger or smaller. The cost for the string and hardware is $3.00 (if you are bringing your own beads).

Watch faces will be available for purchase. They will not be on the order form. Just bring your $10.00 that night if you are interested.

This is a cute little travel, crayon envelope. This is pattern only. No fabric, crayons or notebook. You will have to make this on your own. It's very simple, with photo instructions.

Metal Welcome Signs. Wreath not included. Approx. time: 15 minutes.

We are just having a demonstration on how to make these charming charms. It's just too complicated to have lots of people making them at the same time. If, after watching the demo, anyone wants to make them, we will hold a class another day, and limit the numbers.

Glass tile necklace. You need to bring your own scrapbook paper or photo. We'll have paper scraps for you to use. No guarantee that we'll have the same papers as shown.

Square tile: 2 in. by 2 in.
Rectangle tile: 7/8 in. by 1 7/8 in.

Scrabble tile necklaces. You need to bring your own scrapbook paper. We will have some scraps for you to use, but there is no guarantee that we'll have the same paper as the ones shown. Chain is not included.

This lovely frame is 17 1/4 by 17 1/4. The opening is 12 by 12. It comes with a 12 x 12 piece of metal. The ideas shown are covered with a 12x12 piece of scrapbook paper. You need to bring your own paper and anything you want to decorate the frame with.

FAMILY or DREAMS lacing card kits. There will be no formal teacher for this class. You just follow simple instructions from the kit. You can make it there or take it home.

Round monogram frame. Frame is approximately 23 inches wide - glass is 15 inches wide. Approx. time: 1 hour.

Frame is 7 1/4 by 7 1/4. It comes with eight interchangable 4x4 tiles. Approx. time: 1 hour.

Happy Holidays! The tallest letter is 7 3/4in. tall and as displayed, is 28 inches long. Approx. time: 2 hours.

Different price because of the patterned paper. The above paper was on CLEARANCE.

Spooky Boo. The "B" is 13 1/2 inches tall, and all letters as displayed, 27 inches long. Approx. time: 2 hours.
